The truth is the more you have to do stuff, the less you get done. Weekdays seem to be my strength & once the weekend hits, all structure just falls apart. This weekend I took a step back and thought about it, why are you more successful on busy days?
I realized that the more you have to do, the more you structure your time and don’t procrastinate. It’s simple, when you plan ahead and know you only have a certain amount of time you get it done, you do it. For myself I have to set weekend goals & structure or else, I just end up taking a day or two off.
For some; settling a goal means signing up for an event, for others, it’s a calendar, and some just do it… find your own goal.

“A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.” Lao Tsu
In my case “A journey of 70.3 miles will start with a single stroke, a peddle and then one foot in front of the other”.
