It’s that time of year again, when we all dread the extra pounds

Runners World magazine is challenging those who would like to keep motivated by running through the holidays & keep the pounds off this holiday season to join the running community in a holiday running streak challenge. All you have to do is run 1 mile a day. That’s it! Yes 1 mile a day from Today till January 1, 2013. We can do this!
