The Brain is the most complex organ in the body; it’s the center of the nervous system controlling the functions of our body. We owe it to ourselves to exercise our brain just like we do other parts of our body. Here are some ideas:

2. 2. Solve a crossword puzzle a week
3. 3. Play some scrabble – or words with friends
4. 4. Read a book
5. 5. Try a new hobby; just challenge your brain with something new & unfamiliar

Add 3 chair dips daily. If you are feeling pretty tough add three more with your right leg lifted & then three with your left leg lifted.
