Bring it


By now you should be coloring your plate, drinking at least 8 glasses of water, not eating any butter or ice cream and balancing our salt intake. You should also be doing 8 pushups, 7 Jump ropes or jumping jacks, holing you planks for 40-50 seconds & 3 sets of lunges! Is everyone on board? So how do you feel?

Today we are adding crunches 2 a day, repeating our sequence twice daily.

SO this is what your workout should look like today:
8 pushups
7 jumping jacks or jump rope
50 second plank
3 sets of lunges
2 crunches
Start all over again with the 8 pushups and so forth…

Excellence is not a singular act, but a habit. You are what you repeatedly do.
