I decided to post this today, this is Day #5 (Saturday) so no one has any excuses that on the weekend they don’t get online or have time for this!
Set a goal —oh wait, I’ve already set a goal for you. Daily intake of 8 glasses of water. Yes 8 it’s not hard, before every meal of snack drink a glass of water. If you need write it down.
“I drank some boiling water because I wanted to whistle”.
Saturday’s workout includes adding Lunges to our routine:

You will start by doing 2 right leg lunges & 2 left leg lunges (daily add two more). So up till now, you should be doing 5 pushups, 9 jumping jacks or jump ropes, and 20 second planks.
